As you are getting to know me, one of the first things you’ll discover is that I meditate. It is widely known, and science has confirmed that meditating is good for us. It is good for the body, mind and soul. It helps to connect us with our true selves. Physically, it has been shown that meditating reduces stress…and we all know what stress does to the body… Some research suggests that meditation may help people manage symptoms of conditions such as: Anxiety disorders Asthma Cancer Depression Heart disease High blood pressure Pain Sleep problems For the mind, Meditation has been shown to improve concentration. I have found this to be so true. It improves our ability to make better choices for ourselves; better food choices, better health choices, better friend choices! It all matters… Meditation increases self-awareness. Through meditation, we’re able to more consistently be in touch with our hearts, and being in touch with our hearts makes us better…more grateful! There are different forms of meditation. Search for, and find the one that is right for you. But if a post is more of just a rant, people probably won’t want to return to check out what you’re promoting! So what we say and how we say things on a Facebook post does matter.     Now here’s where you need to define things. A musician can set up their page to handle all they need. They can showcase their music, talk to fans, promote performances, etc.  Once we’re done here, the next task is to promote the page.    If your business is...
